Walks in the iguassu national park
As the only hotel located within the National Park boundary guests are invited to join Iguassu Experiences for a number of exclusive walking tours within the Iguassu National Park. The walks, unique to Das Cataratas, take in the surrounding primary rain forest as well as the viewing platforms over the Falls area.

Full Moon Walking Tour
Exclusive to guests of Das Cataratas this unique activity takes in the Full Moon conditions to witness a sight rarely seen by most in their lifetimes – the Lunar Rainbow. Lead by our resident biologist, Wilson Fernandes, this tour lasts for about 90 minutes. |

Macuco Safari
One of the best ways to experience the Lower Falls is by high speed boat as part of a Macuco Safari. Starting with a sedate journey by jeep through the rain forest the highlight is a journey up river to see The Three Musketeers and the Devils Throat.

Iguassu Falls – The Argentinean Side
For many a visitor to Iguassu, a stay would not be complete without a visit to the Argentinean side of the Falls. Once here you will find a different perspective of the beauty of the Falls, as well as getting closer to the Devils Throat Cataract. But be warned - there is no private access and the Argentinean side can get very crowded!
