• Best Available Rates are based on availability and seasonal demand therefore the rate may fluctuate.
• On December 24th and 31st, Christmas / New Year's Eve dinners are included in the daily rate (beverages included for two people)
  
• Rates are exclusive of 10% of service tax, 3% city tax and R$ 5,00 of tourism tax per day.
• Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room and tax.
