The hotel has 84 Superior Rooms located throughout the property. Decorated in a Portuguese style featuring paintings of the local flora and fauna by the Brazilian artist Ludmilla de Montes. Traditional Azulejos "painted tiles", designed exclusively for Hotel das Cataratas also feature.

Superior rooms located in the main building are approximately 20 square meters in size with bathrooms with twin vanity units and a bath with a shower.
The Forest Wing rooms are distributed over three floors and are 24 square metres in size and enjoy a view of the forest. Some rooms have a balcony. Rooms in the Forest Wing feature marble topped twin vanity units in the bathroom and a shower.
